In 2021, we contributed a record 188 million euros to sports, 18 charities and society in general. It is a cliché, but everything you focus on will grow. And that is also what we want to achieve with the payout. That calls for entrepreneurship.

You have to organise this type of innovation process because change does not happen on its own. Our Entrepreneurs Lab is a melting pot of creativity. A varied group of colleagues from different departments and organisations participates in our innovation projects. They include testing new technologies, developing new game concepts and open innovation with startups and scale-ups.
All we ask for is imagination. Knowledge gets you from A to B, but your imagination knows no limits and takes you much further. Even if you’ve found the needle in the haystack… who’s to say it was the only one? 😉
