As Head of Gaming – Casino & Bingo, you will act as the (wo)man in charge of our Casino and Bingo verticals, owning the full product and commercial strategy across the TOTO and Winnitt brands. Your playing field

Your talent

The various people who work here like to be on the move, develop themselves on a personal and/or professional level, and strive for profit. That makes everyone within Nederlandse Loterij a top talent. Your talent is the sum of:

  • 5–8+ years in senior leadership roles within iGaming or similar digital entertainment sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of Casino and Bingo ecosystems, providers (e.g., Light & Wonder, Evolution, Pragmatic, Games Global, Elk), and customer trends.
  • Able to translate market dynamics into bold yet achievable growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery with full accountability.
  • Data-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable forecasting at executive level.
  • Fluent in English. Fluent in Dutch is a plus

Your score

In your capacity as Head of Gaming – Casino & Bingo we offer you:

  • salary between €6.900,- and €10.300,- gross per month, depending on your experience
  • a full-time position 
  • a bonus scheme.
  • you can enjoy a healthy and varied lunch in our corporate restaurant for €3.25.

Your workplace? Our office in Rijswijk is effectively where you do your work, but you mainly work in a place that best suits what you do. See below for other terms and conditions of employment.

The costs you incur to come to the office are fully reimbursed.

You will accrue a good pension. Annual accrual rate 1.75%. Personal contribution 6.15% of the pension base.
