As Product Manager Sportsbook, you will own and evolve both our Retail and Online Sportsbook propositions, powered by different suppliers and serving different player needs. You are the unifying force ensuring that wherever a customer places a bet — in a shop or online — the experience is frictionless, competitive, and engaging. Get moving and strengthen Nederlandse Loterij as Product Manager Sportsbook.
You will work with two dedicated Technical Product Owners (Retail & Online), each with their own development teams, giving you full ownership over two high-impact product streams. Online is where we manage the front-end ourselves — a unique opportunity to shape UX and player journeys in real time. Retail requires tight vendor coordination and deep alignment with shop operations.
This role is a rare chance to lead end-to-end product development across both the physical and digital realms of Sportsbook — at the heart of one of the Netherlands’ most recognisable betting brands.

The costs you incur to come to the office are fully reimbursed.
You are given a laptop, telephone and a home office.
You will accrue a good pension. Annual accrual rate 1.75%. Personal contribution 6.15% of the pension base.
Depending on your team, you will sometimes work from our modern office in Rijswijk and sometimes from home or any other place you prefer to work.
It is important to us that you are happy with our working conditions. For example, we supplement your salary to 100% during the 5-week partner leave.
During your traineeship at Nederlandse Loterij, you will receive 30 days’ holiday based on full-time employment, a €1.000 flexible budget and an 8% holiday allowance.
