Thanks to your efforts, existing and new information systems are tested for desired functionalities. In this way, you directly contribute to a happy, healthy and sporty Netherlands. As a Test Engineer you score by:
review/interpret specifications in refinement sessions.
define logical and physical test cases based on the prepared specifications.
plan and organize the test activities together with business analysts, developers, business representatives and suppliers.
draft test scripts for manual and automated tests and build, expand and continuously adjust automated test sets.
analyze, report and follow up on findings and issues and explain results to suppliers/developers.

a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field, such as computer science or information technology.
TMAP/ISTQB certified.
at least 3 to 6 years of experience as Tester (experience with functional testing is a must).
experience working with the following tools: JIRA/Confluence, API tools, Robot Framework and GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps. Experience with Ci/Cd is good to have.
experience with working in a complex Service Oriented Architecture environment.
proven knowledge of and experience in automated testing of back-end systems (API testing).
Furthermore, for this vacancy, you are a teamplayer, actively work with different peers, teams and stakeholders, such as Product Owners and Architects.
As a Test Engineer we offer you:
a salary between €4.200,- and €6.600,- gross per month, depending on your experience
a position for 32 - 40 hours per week
a bonus scheme

Our office in Rijswijk is effectively where you do your work, but you mainly work in a place that best suits what you do. See below for other terms and conditions of employment.
The costs you incur to come to the office are fully reimbursed.
You are given a laptop, telephone and a home office.
You will accrue a good pension. Annual accrual rate 1.75%. Personal contribution 6.15% of the pension base.
Depending on your team, you will sometimes work from our modern office in Rijswijk and sometimes from home or any other place you prefer to work.
It is important to us that you are happy with our working conditions. For example, we supplement your salary to 100% during the 5-week partner leave.
During your traineeship at Nederlandse Loterij, you will receive 30 days’ holiday based on full-time employment, a €1.000 flexible budget and an 8% holiday allowance.
