Why we do this

Not everyone realises that Nederlandse Loterij was once founded as a fundraising organisation for Dutch sports and charities. It is our purpose to contribute to a happy, healthy and sporty Netherlands. Our teams do that in a number of ways. By achieving sustainable growth for Nederlandse Loterij. And also by creating a working environment where fun, passion and opportunities are paramount.

Who we do this with

Our team consists of 22 colleagues who are involved in diverse and often complex projects. What do our different departments have in common? Our work affects the entire organisation.

Strategy

The organisation’s course is largely determined by the Strategy Department. We do this by continuously keeping abreast of the needs of our customers and stakeholders. We monitor competition and drive strategic change, which keeps us at the forefront of the market we operate in. It is our job to make sure we steer towards long-term objectives, safeguarding the sustainable growth of Nederlandse Loterij.

Audit, Risk & Security

Our team of six talents divides its focus over the areas of Audit, Risk & Security. By doing everything we can, we make a valuable contribution to the objectives and risk management. Our motto: ‘a little better every day’.

HR

We don’t want to make a positive impact just for our players and society, but for our colleagues too, of course. Strategic Projects & Business Transformation

This department consists of two sub-departments, PMO and Business Change Management.

Within PMO it is our mission to bring all disciplines (people, processes, tools and technology) together in a professional, structured and pragmatic way. We work LEAN and adaptively, which gives us a high degree of agility. We achieve this with a team of five colleagues.

Within the Business Change Management department, we work with two colleagues to bring all Change disciplines together. Here too we work LEAN and adaptively in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation through projects and programmes.
