Within Strategy, Organisation & Change, our teams ensure that programmes have organisation-wide impact and that Nederlandse Loterij is ready for the future. We do this through four dedicated teams, each with its own area of expertise.

Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions

This team plays a key role in defining our strategic direction and seizing growth opportunities. We focus on market trends, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities, from innovative products to fresh business models. We also explore where mergers or acquisitions could add value. Our mindset is curious and entrepreneurial, combining creative and pragmatic thinking while staying true to our public mission: acting responsibly, transparently, and with impact.

Programma Management Office (PMO)

The PMO at Nederlandse Loterij connects strategy with execution. Our team of eight colleagues – programme managers and a portfolio manager – leads complex programmes that help shape the organisation’s strategic direction. From technological innovations such as AI to new legislation and organisation-wide transformations, we help the organisation realise initiatives with real impact. Our programmes strengthen future earning potential, safeguard business continuity, and drive innovation. This is how we directly contribute to achieving the strategic goals of Nederlandse Loterij.

Business Development

At Business Development, strategy meets execution. We develop ideas that make a real difference, for our organisation and for society. We explore new markets, products, and business models, and turn these into tangible propositions such as themed lotteries, subscriptions, B2B platforms, and collaborations with leading brands and charities.

Like our Strategy & M&A team, we are curious and entrepreneurial. We combine creative and practical thinking, always with an eye on our public mission: acting responsibly, transparently, and with impact.

HR
